'Twas the dead of the evening in a city of grey,
A moon very bright for the wolves to bay,
And from a window of a house, flickered a light,
That cast a dark shadow on the lonely night.
A foreboding gentleman stood in its beam,
He was expecting someone, or so it would seem.
Weighing his options he had found no choice
His life was not destined for a powerful voice.

Brooding on the mystery of what is to come,
The father heard a distant sound and fast
Brooke stepped onto Platform Nine and Three Quarters. The general hubbub of wizards and witches did not seem to disturb her thoughts. She knew what she wanted and where she needed to go. She got onto the Hogwarts Express and started walking down the aisle. She looked into each compartment. Finally she found the right one.
"Hey Hermione!" she greeted with a grin on her face. "How was yoru summer?"
"Amazing!" she replied with a welcoming smile, "I memorized wnother 6 books!"
"Why am I not surprised..."
"Well, I'm worried about ancient runes. I haven't memorized the last five chapters." Hermione murmured looking at her feet.
